Typhoid with jaundice

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have enteric fever with jaundice last 3 days , and under treatment ...now jaundice is cured and medicine left for two days ...should i stop the treatment after 2 days or not .,is there need for further reconsulted with dr ....& what i should to include in my diet to best recovery ...

You should complete the medication course as advised by your treating doctor and you should follow up with your treating doctor with your LFT and WIDAL reports. You shouldl have a healthy well balanced diet, there's no restrictions as such but it would be best to avid fatty,oily, deep fried and junk food

Hello patient. If you had enteric fever... you should take antibiotics three days more after last episode of fever Can take any food item...no contraindications
