Doctor i took 2nd Day 3 intradermal anti rabies vaccine today and 2 doses due Day 7 and Day 28 but i smoke cigarettes today Does smoking cigarette affect my rabies vaccination efficiency ?

Hello Dr. I took covidshield 3rd dose over the weekend, had severe body ache since then.Now after 4 days I am covid +ve(RT PCR) with extreme dry coughing, mild fever (under control now with Dolo) , blocked nose. Took erythromycin today (throat pain under control) Last period finished yesterday Could you please precribe medicine for next 7 days. Started with steam,sipping hot water.

I have been prescribed the following medicines by my doctor for swelling and tingling sensation in my right cheek near lips. Cap. Zosa L (1-0-1) before meals. Tab. Doxcef CV 200 (1-0-1) after meals. Tab. Signoflam (1-0-1) after meals. Tab. Alerfix Total (0-0-1) at night Syp Ranidom mps (5ml 1-0-1) after meals. Is this combination safe to take as i have history of erosive gastritis and h pylori infection two years ago.

I have been diagnosed with covid on 14th. My husband is having fever from 13rd and I had fever on 14th and half day of 15th and it is gone. I have severe stratchy throat which i irritated further when i tried too hard to expel the mucus. I noticed blood in mucus post that whenever I try hard to expell the mucus from throat which I'm never been able to expell without force as i have bronchial ashthma. Is it normal to have blood in mucus? I don't notice it in sputum only when i try hard to get the mucus out from the airway. Also I'm extremely anxious since the time my husband started having fever. I had an issue of anxiety disorder and I'm so anxious now all the time by pulse is always over 100. I don't have fever , much cough just sore stratchy throat and constant anxiousness please help. I'm constantly worried about thispulse rate i keep on checking every min and also i try hard to extract the mucus all the time forcing my throat very hard. My oxygen is normal i don't have any nausea

My wife's PDW is around 15.7 ( range is 39-46) on latest blood report, is this matter of concern?. Any medication? Reason? Note - she had low grade fever when she had given blood sample.

Hello doctors, I need some help with understanding certain parameters in recently taken tests for my husband (37 year old) He is a smoker. Absolute Lymphocyte Count: 3904 (Normal: 1000 - 3000) Vit D levels 18 (Deficiency <20) SGPT (ALT) 53.62 (Normal: 0 - 45) Cholestrol: 137.7 Tryglecerides: 109 HDL: 51.5 LDL Direct: 72 VLDL: 21.8 Last we checked 3 months ago, his cholestrol and LDL was high and he is having Rososan 10 as prescribed by our GP and has to continue for total of 6 months. Is it normal that his cholestrol and LDL levels have fallen drastically or shall we take another test just to make sure. Also, please help me with his SGPT levels and lymphocyte count. Please help me decipher this report and what precautions are to be taken if any. Thank you. 🙏
