Hi sir /Mam Today at evening time 10.30 Pm I feel sudden dizziness and thirst and since few days due to teeth infection and after consulting a doctor m taking augmenting 625 and ultraCET is it because of this although m a ckd stage 3 patient and m regularly using bp medicine along with dapavel 5mg m just worried about my health as m leaving alone no body is there to help me Kindly reply

From last few months I have pain in left shoulder blade and arm. May be due to wrong position or may be subscapularis muscle or tissue stretch or got stiffness while sleeping Or may be any muscle press while sleeping when ever I sleep on left side. Consulted with many Doctor(ortho, neuro) Each and  every time Doctor say take a ECG or LFT, KFT. Even as per x-ray nothing found And every time my report gets normal. Even D-Dimer, thyroid is normal only 2% LDL is increased. For past many months I am taking pregablin and methycoblin and vitamin D12 and calcium but when ever pain occured or when ever feel shivering. But still there is no solution. Due to pregablin and methycoblin weight is also increased. Is there any proper treatment for this

Good evening doctor, I took booster dose of covishield vaccine on 22nd june 2022 but since 25th june night continious fever ranging from 99.5 to 101.3F..Is it because of vaccination?? Even after taking two dolo tabs with a gap of 6hrs fever doesnt subside.. please prescribe medicines for the same
