Is hb 15 high for a female after delivery ...how can I reduce my hb ...I had delivered 3 months ago ...

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from high Haemoglobin. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient to make correct diagnosis and then best treatment will be start. You should follow good lifestyle like take sufficient amount of water and take less spicy and fatty food  and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.

you should increase the water intake as 4 to 5 l water then your hemoglobin will be equal as a normal. water intake normalise the plasma volume so that concentration of hemoglobin will be normal in the per ml .
