Hello, My sister is having pain in her left side of chest and the pain is radiating till her upper left arm. Sometimes she goes breathless. 1. She feels breathless when her pain increases 2. Breathless when she speaks a lot and laughs Consulted doctors and undergone a series of test. Her ECG, ECHO, CBC, CRP, CHOLESTEROL, THYROID are normal. Heart rhythm, pulse rate, oxygen saturation are normal. But still she suffers with the same pain. What could be the possible cause for her pain? Do we need to take her to a pulmonologist as well? She is unable to do her routine work. Please guide.

I took a CBC test as a general checkup. All values are normal. But 2 values are irregular. MCH value is 26.9 [ref. range 27-33 pg] ESR - 46 mm/hr [ref. range 0-15 mm/hr] Is the esr high due to mch related because the dlc count is normal.
