I am facing cough issue since 1year . when I take lunch or dinner , cough got in my throat.  cough colour is white and some is black type particles. Please suggest me.

From last 2 days I have fever..today's morning when I woke up I feel very uneasy inside my neck ..there is some blockage type feeling inside  my food pipe...I put my finger into my mouth for vomiting but didn't help much..I feel uneasy to swallow food or in drinking water..what should I do ??

My family commented that my feet look swollen. They first noticed it several days ago. Questions: Do my feet look swollen? If they are swollen, what could be causing it? Should I be concerned? Which doctor should I see? For your info, I don't feel any pain. The photos were taken around 4 pm yesterday. I don't have any particular health condition maybe except prehypertension (I measure my blood pressure daily, but it sometimes exceed 130). I don't smoke or drink. But I have a desk job and I'm almost always my computer.

I received spinal anesthesia injection during my C-section. It has been one and half year now I feel my both leg muscle pain. Why it happens? Is it due to that injection? I also get pain if I touch on that injection site occasionally. I'd also like to inform you that I  suffer from hair loss and I take regular medicine cerazette and I don't get period ( and no pregnacy). There is no other problem. Is there any medicine cure for my leg muscle pain problem? Age: 27 years , Female

Sir My wife having fever and vomtings from past 5 days. Actually we have travelled to different city on Wednesday day. On Wednesday n8 she did vomtings and fever came for few minutes. On Thursday morning no symptoms has shown but at the evening again she did vomtings. I had taken her to first aid center. He gave zoofer and paractomal injection. On Friday she ate chicken again had  vomtings and we  Countinewed vomtings controlling tablets. On Saturday morning again she has vomtings. I had taken her to hospital There they did all the tests and said she got typoid , jaundice, urine infection. And gave some antibiotics but it was not controlled. On Sunday I had taken her to another hospital. Here also they did all the tests and saying that every report is normal jaundice test also normal. What was the reason for fever and vomtings?

I have right chest pain along with the pain near shoulder blade. I get burning sensation in right chest and shoulder blade. Echo, xray, MRI of sternum, ribs are normal.

From last two days I am suffering from wet cough, and while coughing always bulgum came out lil bit, i always do suffer from these cough everytime twice or thrice in a year, n after having good antibiotics and cough syrup it reduces... Can you please suggest me a good antibiotics and cough syrup for wet cough.. Amoxicillin 500 doesn't work for me. Pls suggest me good medicine

I had fever varying from 99.3 to 100.5 yesterday. I took dolo 650 and from today morning I don't have fever. I have also little wet cough which is whitish and little greyish. Should I take Azithromycin also.

Hi Dr. My wife was recently diagnosed with covid(rt pcr result) right after we both took the booster dose I got same symptoms after 3 days and took medicine from a Dr for 4 days (prescription picture attached) Post 4-5 days I only had semi-wet cough (taking Ayurvedic syrup and sitopaladi churan for it which is helping) and steam. But after 9 days mild body pain/extreme fatigue is back, wat to do for it ?
