Hello, can Tetanus Toxoid and Anti rabies vaccine be given at same time but on different arms after bite exposure? Is it necessary to get TT within 24 hrs of bite or can be taken within 48 hours also?

My friend was 78kg 2.5 months back now he is around 64-65 kg . He had serious illness 1 month back ( malaria , not sure though as in two days report was positive then negative ). He has  chest to abdomen pain (mild ). He coughs and then he vomits since last 1 month. He didn't took food during starting of his illness. Is weightloss related to his illness? And please tell me why his cough and vomit is not going? Also pain. Attaching X-ray report and ultrasound reports.

I was diagnosed with typhiod it has been 10 days since my medications were over and I still feel little cold Or sweating sometimes , No fever and a bit of weakness.

When i touch the mid back area in the center of the spine, i feel sore, when i rub/palpate the area encircled, the bumpy bone there feels sore.. Is that muscular pain or bone pain? Should I take pain killers?

I'm having a throbbing pain at the back of my head since mory. It is located right behind my ears towards the base of the head (picture attached). There is some pain around my eyes too and near the temple region. I'm having difficulty looking down or lifting objects. It is also painful when loud sounds come to my ears or when light falls directly on my eyes. Additionally I feel slightly nauseous. I've been going through a lot of stress due to work for the past few days and have had few hours of sleep unfortunately. Can anyone help, please?🙏 I have disprin at home and a heating pad. Should I apply warm compress to the back of my head?

My father who is 73 years old, he is feeling heaviness all over body. We have checked and found bp is 210/110 . Looks like he skip morning tablet aten 50 dose. We have given aten 50 now.. It's reduced to 180/100. If bp is not reduced further,Can we give any other tablet which can lower bp quickly? Is now hospitalisation necessary or it can reduced by tablet only.
