Since past  two three my tongue feels prickly at the tip. Like if I move my teeth over the tip of tongue it pricks very bad. And also cracks have appeared at mouth corners. These cause pain when I open my mouth wide. Please advice

So I'm feeling no symptoms still I'm scared of something i feel like something is about to happen I don't know whats is it? Sometimes i feel like my body us in auto mode my hands moving without my will what is this? I feel like only head i have in controland no body is in my control.

My Basophil is 1%, ldl is 125, RDW : 14.3 and leucocyte 40. What does this mean?, Is there  risk factor? My dermatologist suggested me for the test for acne.

I have been suffering immense and constant pain in my ankle and heels of both legs. It started small a couple years ago but now it has grown from my heel to all the way to my thighs and occasionally pelvis region. I have consulted doctors but no treatment worked.

I had recently been to my native & had to use indian type washroom..after 13-14 days, im experiencing severe back pain..im not able to sit for a long while..& if I get up after being seated for sometime, im having backpain..like i have to make arrangement before getting up from chair to avoid backpain..even if I cough, i feel back hurts.. Iv started doing makarasana since 2 days, which I did 2 years before when I had same issue & was relieved..i had consulted an ortho & did physiotherapy earlier, but it was a waste of time & money..only yoga helped me! Will it recover me even now? Y at such young age I'm contracting such old age problems? I agree i have sedentary lifestyle! But y when others don't experience backpain, i get it? Am I week? What healthy diet & routine would save me from contracting such issues hereafter?
