Hi I recently suffered from viral fever. It came 3 days back and now it's around 99. Also I am having weakness as well. Specially when I reach to my room on first floor , I feel as of my ears are closed and also feel slight weak. How much time it will take to go ? How to re-energise myself? How to reinitiate my regular walk pattern ? I have to travel to Vaishnodevi temple after 12 days so I need to build my energy to previous levels within this time? Kindly suggest ?

Hi, My husband has mild fever and headache on Wednesday.He took paracetamol at night and was ok on next day morning.from yesterday he has no weekness or headache but when checked temperature it is showing between 99f to 99.5f. Is it normal temperature.He has taken paracetamol yesterday twice and once in the morning.please help me Thank you in Advance 🙂
