Normally you get your multivitamins from your diet and if you are eating healthy diet. You do not require it. But if you're feeling that you feel tired, or sleepiness during the day hour too. You can go for vit12, vit d testing. If it low you can take multivitamin for usually 3 month. Then you can discontinue And eat healthy food with lots of vegetables and fruits to avoid deficiency

If u dont have any vitamin deficiency then u dont need it. Do blood tests and then find out which deficiency u have and treat accordingly.
