Hello doctors. Few weeks back a i saw some distrubing videos related heart failure and cardiac arrest. Since then i am traumatized. I keep having anxiety and negative over thinking. I have even stopped working out because I'm too scared that something will happen. Please help me, it's too difficult for me these days to think positive and i live in constant anxiety and fear related to heart diseases. Too much overthinking and bad thoughts and fear.

Can a combination of Cinnarizine , Prochloroperizine and betahistine be used for dizziness and ataxia ? Or the combination of Cinnarizine and and Prochloroperizine will suffice if there is no tinnitus. Please share your clinical experience.

Hi, I was diagnosed with low level of b12 during last year October, by Mar I thought I have recovered fully. Then I was having symptoms like twitching and pain in front part of both foot. Now again 5 days back I am getting pin and needles like sensation in foot and hand and having warm sensation in foot which last 5-10 seconds. I am getting my b12 level checked tomorrow. But does b12 levels drops again after sometime or the b12 stores remain in the system for long?

Sometimes problem while breathing.sometimes crying alone .obtained low marks in exam after that having anxiety issues.

Since last two days my son aged 24 years is suffering from fever 100'F  with headache some times becomes normal or 99'F . No symptoms of cold or cough.As medicine he has taken only DOLO 650. twice a day Any advice please 🙏

My 20 yrs old daughter's insulin pp serum result is 42.95. she is taking thyroxin 100 mg from past 2 months now her TSH is in normal range. Doctor suggest to give metformin 500 mg for insulin. Pp. Pls suggest will I give metformin to her or not .
