Hi, Recently I have done my blood test and urine test and results are : Urea - 15.6 reference - 17-43, Urea creatinine ratio - 22.94 reference - 40-100, RDW - 16.5 reference - 11.6-14 Basophils - 0 reference - 1-2 PDW - 18 reference - 9 - 17 For reference I am attaching reports as well. Please let me know what exactly the condition is and what I have to do next.

Doctor i took tetanus injection last time on 23rd July 2022 and today on 27th August i got cut from rusty metal so should i have to take tetanus injection ?

Hii im suffering frm fever from last two days.....it becomes ok then again my head, arms become high in temperatur .....m taking paracetamols..i don't want to go for corona test......can i take medicines for fever without test

I am 32 year old male  , having nausea occasional not vomitting, what could be the symtoms of occasional nausea.

My doctor has prescribed me Vit D3 Capsules i.e. Uprise D3 60K. 1 caspule once a month. But he hasn't told me how to consume it. Should I consume it empty stomach or after having some meal? What's the better way to consume it?

Good morning...name the drug which decreases bad cholesterol (ldl) n increases good cholesterol (hdl) which can be taken by anyone who is not suffering from any systematic condition... healthy individual... time required for the drug to start acting n for how long can it be taken...side effects if any ... right now my total cholesterol is 243... Doctor i am previously vaccinted with 4 Dose intradermal Rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 around 4 month's Ago and due to cat scratch i took TT and 2 intradermal rabies booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 Last Dose was taken on 18th August 2022 but today on 27th August A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Anti Rabies Vaccine again ?

My weight is 86.6 kg. My height is 182cm. My bp is 140/80. My pulse rate is 86. Is my bp and pulse rate normal ?

My weight was 86kg before 3 months ago but today it showed 79 kg n check it again but I can't see any difference in belly weight . Body fat reduce but belly fat remain same

Since more than 5 years, my cold is not getting cured. I Always have runny nose, sneezing stats at any moment and continue for 10/12 at a time. If I take 1/2 cetirizine I get some relief for 6/7 days, rarely more than that. Is it going towards any serious problems, who should I consult for this.
