Bp meds with Multivitamins ?
I'm 39 yrs old male. I'm taking high bp meds morning concor 2.5 and Stamlo 5 in the night.
Can I take multivitamins (steadfast Nutrition) along with my bp meds? just for overall stress and general fatigue I'm NOT into hardcore sports.
And if yes then shud I take one tablet in the morning after morning breakfast for 60 days ?
