Thermometer use
3 days ago, I was feeling feverish so I used the thermometer orally. Later, I got to know that it was used by a family member a few months ago to take underarm measurement. They had not disinfected it at that time. I'm feeling feverish everyday now since 4 days and have a cold along with swollen tonsils and neck pain. What do I do.

Few months is too long a time. No bacteria will survive there for that much time. They would have shifted to some other place.
You should start a consultation with a General Physician and take treatment accordingly. Don't waste your time thinking what happened a few months ago.
