Took ketorol Dt 10 mg 3 tablets in the morning 9 am after eating heavy tiffin and after lunch at 2 PM and after dinner at 9pm for toothache. At 2 am in the morning now also took diclofenac 50 mg and pcm 325 mg because of pain again Will it cause any serious sife effects to me now ? I am very anxious and panicking
