Hii doctors, my father got discharged after his head injury treatment, now he is on treatment - Tab phenytoin, tab oleanzapine, tab Levipil, tab oxetol, tab clonazepam ,etc Since discharge, he got 4-5times motions per dayin single day, then no motions till 4days, again he got 6-7motions since yesterday,  has given ORS, What to do now? Can we give him tab dicyclomine or tab loperamide? One of my medical friend said don't give it, if not then what to give? Can you help me analyse

At 30 years old, am I at increased risk for heart disease or any other complications because of the high triglycerides (245 mg/dL), low HDL (37 mg/dL), high LDL (127 mg/dL), and high Trig/HDL ratio (6.58)? Is this pattern suggestive of metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance, even though my sugar levels (HbA1c 4.7%, fasting glucose normal) are good? My ESR is mildly elevated (24 mm/hr). Does this suggest any hidden inflammation or infection in my body?What lifestyle changes should I make immediately to improve my lipid profile.How often should I repeat the lipid profile and full health check?

Accidently taken for 5 days...tayo 60k vitamin D . Given blood sample for toxicity so vitmin D is 296 though max limit is 250 , kft report ok creatinine is normal gfr 90 but slight increase in protein levels and calcium due to vitmin D , normal urea. Do we need to see doctor.She is heart patient and medication lipicure cv20, diabetic, bp medicine also , bp is normal.

I am already taking anti rabies pre exposure vaccine doses and have completed 2 doses 0 and 7 and 2 doses are still to be taken . What is the line of treatment if my own 51 days puppy, unexposed but yet to be vaccinated bites or scratches during this ongoing vaccine doses

Good evening sir/ma'am, I'm 20yrs old , 5'11" and weight-97kg Bmi 29.94 Stay in pg and in a situation that can't give time for exercise/gym and also can't do proper dieting (only can eat less and can add one 80-100 gm chicken piece at dinner) Walks 750m + bus + 200m while going to college and same while coming back to pg That's why requesting you to prescribe some medicines for fat loss especially belly fat ... Severe pain on left foot 🦶 about one year ago same thing happened doctor advised to take febuxostate 80mg, deflazacort 12 mg, and ultracet 🆘, I repeated now the same suggestion but not getting relief please help
