Doctors, what does with food mean in prescription ? Does it mean after food ? And can i take that medicine after food ?

Subject: How Can Get Certificate Of Institutes( Doctor)? My date of birth is 1996. Still I have no birth certificate. Now recently I want to do birth certificate by online portal. I was born at home normlly. So i have no doctors discharge certificate.  I have shared the online portal which mention the certificate name. How can i get a certificate from doctor?

Three weeks back, I got fever and cold . Fever and cold subsided but cough is persisting... I started taking Bromexhime.. but it didn't reduce.. I felt like it worsenend to a dry cough .. now I stopped taking that syrup and trying hot water and salt water gargle... better but Still not completely reduced..gets cough after speaking few sentences.. Please suggest if we have to continue that syrup and if so how frequently

Hi doctors my total protein for 2021 is 7.8 with Albumin at 5 and globulin at 2.8,2022 is 6.86 with Albumin at 4.36 and globulin at 2.5, 2023 is 8.2 with Albumin at 4.5 and globulin at 3.7 in routine tests. Can you please tell me whether it is normal . I don't have any symptoms. Wanted to understand the variation is normal

My age is 27yrs and I got covid in 2021. I had gone through several treatments including Psychiatric therapy for Panic/ Anxiety issues and these all are happened in the past. Right now am unable to sleep at day times while at night sleeping very well without any issues. I doing night shift work and during the day am feeling like sleepy but when trying to get sleep unable to do and getting little palpitations and disturbances. Please I have this pain on top of my head, feels like headaches it feels like tightness on top of my head, sometimes the headache feels bad then it calms down but this pain stil persists on top of my head, then I feel pain on my ears too, eyes, tiredness and nausea, noise irritates me so well now..dont know exactly what to do, and I dont sleep well too
