In my left hand BP is 120/89 and in my right hand bp is 120/81 is this difference significant? I was feeling a little bit dizzy due to lack of sleep.

BP difference between the left and right is a normal variant and need not necessarily cause mostly the difference is less than 10 mm hg.The variation is not related to lightheadedness.
