Hello Doctors LVEF :: 60% AND RVEF :: 50% Is It Normal In 2D ECHO, as sometime I have needle pinch chest pain apart from this nothing else

Hi Doctor, I have one question regarding influenza vaccination. We have 2 kids one is 4 years old and the other one is 9 years old and both are having flu symptoms and it happens every year. Would you recommend vaccination for both of them and which one? Apart from that in my family my father's age is 70 years old and he also suffered with the same symptoms as me. My wife is 34 years old and she also has the same flu. Overall the whole family was affected so we are thinking about influenza vaccination. What would you recommend?
