Hi I have sore throat since 1 week...I consulted a ent and he gave me medicine for 1 week but I have no relief. My throat is paining badly and have severe cough. I am unable to speak n my voice has changed. It have effort to speak. I am unable to understand what has happened to me...please suggest what should I do??... I am doing warm saline gargle 5-6 times in a day but no relief

I have done the TMT test and all necessary blood tests are normal, my BP and sugar is normal, only LDL cholesterol is on the border, but I have done TMT without any issue, I walk 5 km a day without any issue I don't even need to catch my breath, so is it safe for me to go for intense exercise like jogging for 1km, weight lifting upto 40kg?
