Should I take 1 tablet of  2b12 750 mcg as side supplement for vitamin b12 everyday ? Is there any chances of overdose?

Doc advised me to take nebuliser as my cough not controlled completely. He gave duolin and ND Can you pls let me know how to take . Do i have to mix both or should be taken one after one

My CRP test report is 14.8 Is this serious... suffering from body pains,light fever.pl.suggest any more tests to be done.

My Test, IGRA (+) Mantoux( +) CBNAAT(-) FNAC(-) Xray Clear ESR level 35 I am Suffering from fever 99.5 to 101.5  evening, lack of appetite for the last 25 days and lymph node on neck.  15 years ago I was infected with lungs tuberculosis and a 6 month medicine course completed. Should I restart TB medicine. A private hospital doctor is saying you have to complete a 6-9 month TB medicine course but the govt hospital doctor is saying not inflected from TB bacteria.

My thyroid level was 7.56 two years ago. Started taking Thyroxin 50 mcg on doctor's advice. The thyroid level has come down to 2.5 now. I take one tablet a day on empty stomach. Should I continue to take the tablets or stop it. Is thyroid medicine life long? Please advise. I have no health issues as such.

My basophils are 2% is this increased should I give a sample again to keep a check on it..is it something to worry

I am having viral fever and the current temperatureis 99.5. Is temperature 99.5 significant enough to take dolo 650 medicine?
