My wife has headahe, little body pain and her body feels little warm. We are traveling right now. And we have acenac p tablet with us. So can she take acenac p tablet now?

After apply few drop of water on face my nose becomes full of nosey/fluid ...like najla After each face wash my nose becomes full of mucus/nosey ...it was not the case in childhood It started at  15-16 of age Now i am 34 year old male. Even in summer ...mucus i can easily feel presence of mucus/nosey in my nose but after each wash of face..my nose becomes full of mucus/nosey. Is it harmful? What might be the reasons? I am 25 yrs old male with low bmi. I did cbc test. hemoglobin level 11.3 Wbc 7100 Platelet count 2.14 lack Mcv 64 Mch 19 Mchc 30 Pcv 37.6 All are low.. But my rbc count is high (5.8) Is this Polycythemia vera? I am afraid now.
