Flu

I had a cut on my figure with a knife accident. I didn't have dinner last night, I had the cut in the morning. Just after losing a few ounces of blood, I started feeling dizzy and had to lay down on the bed for a few minutes, my body was sweating for a few minutes. I became fine a few more minutes later. Now I am thinking if I am becoming very weak.

Hello doctor.. I have taken a Dynapar IM injection in my buttocks for back pain 14 days ago.. back pain is cured but  In injection site till now pain is there and the place is little hard. When I touch the place is hard and paining..  Except this i don't have any other problem.. is this normal or anything happening?

I have been getting headaches when lying down for the past couple of months. This is usually on waking up after sleeping and resolves within a few minutes when I sit or stand up.
