In the month of July 2023 when I abdomen scan there was 5mm gallbladder polyp and 1st grade fatty liver. Do I need to screen now to observe the growth of polyp. Is that cancerous? Please suggest.

My SGPT is 134 and SGOT is 59. What does it mean and should I need to consult a doctor. Please guide me

Hi I was experiencing foul smell from my belly button. I met a doctor and he suggested for USG where it was diagnosed with Umbilical Sinus. The doctor prescribed me with Ciplox TZ for 5 days and asked to clean with Dettol. I have taken doses for 2 days now but the smell is persistent and it's not going away. I don't feel any pain but if pressed it pains only a little bit while it is pressed. I can see some redness around belly button area from outside. Please suggest what to do for getting away with foul smell.

Dear Sir/Madam, Iam suffering mouth ulcers in mouth and toung. Feeling too much pain. Iam unable to eat food and water due this pain. Please suggest me the treatment and why these ulcers will form in the mouth. How to prevent this problem. With Thanks and regards.

Tam attaching my father's us abdomen report which was done as a part of routine health check up. His blood work is fine. USG abdomen shows mildly hypochoic enlarged prostate gland. He doesn't have any symptoms. Is it something to worry about? He is 60 years old.

Hi, I was having urinary irritation and pain for some days and initially took blood and urine routine and culture test. Culture test is normal and only in routine some blood has been seen but rbc is within range. After this have done CT KUB and everything normal and only 2.3 mm renal microlith observed. Now i still have little irritation and pain so does it require any more test or it will cure after some days I took urikind syrup and some tablets

What action should I take to lower down high uric acid. Current Uric acid level is 8.1 pain in ankle

Hello Doctors, 1 month before I have tested my cholesterol triglycerides level it was 375 so yesterday I have checked it was 155 so I got confused and checked with another lab it is showing 116 today..firts 2 test done in same lab and 3 test done in different lab .so totally I got confused.So is this possible to change rapidly.I am not taking medicine for this.
