My friend(male-29yrs) got sprain in his neck while doing workout in gym. Now he is not able to move his neck and have a lot of pain. Please suggest what to do to overcome the pain and should he do exercise in this condition or avoid it? Also suggest some remedies for pain relief.

Hi there Been 4days that I'm suffering from severe cold and cough, and whatever I'm eating or consuming just comes out in the form of vomit. I had to undergo a surgery of gall bladder removal but due to this cold and cough I can't. Prescribe some good medicines or cure to help me combat this issue. And don't ask for consulting in person. Age : 29 years. Accidentally head got hit on a side of glass table. Scalp had cut a bit and there's a swelling. This happened 4 days back. No headache no vomitting. Today experiencing head pressure and a tender spot on head too . Have sinusitis also, so I'm confused . The head injury was very mild.

My doctor prescribed melatonin 5mg but that brand is expensive So I bought online himalaya melatonin 10mg I want to know can I break that melatonin tablet and take half tablet Is it okay?

My sgot and sgot ratio is 1.71 which is higher than define normal range what is the problem because from 6months sometimes I feel low grade fever not able to eat constipation no hungryness... I'm allergic to dust and some macro particles. I wasn't affected by the corona of course. Doctors prescribed some inhalers and okacet 5mg tablets. But no improvement at all. I need some medical suggestions or some tablets to prevent this in the future. BTW, I'm talking about the macro level of smelling some non spicy foods that will make me sneeze forever. Please consider this serious and I can't control this even though I don't want to sneeze.
