Hello Dr. I am 33 years I have bp since 6 month taking tazloc 40 , and i do have sinusitis k havee attached the ct scan. But all the time i feel like lightheaded throbbing and suddenly I feel dizzy I get scared at that time. I won't no ways happening with me dizzyness means it's not like full my eyes go black all around me. It's like inside my head something uneasy feel like dizzy but i can see everything properly

I have urgently to go and see my father in kaithal tomorrow but my school won't sanction a leave... Can I get a sick certificate in Chandigarh anywhere?

I wake up tired and then with headache in crown area temples and eyes. Feel heat in my eyes. I have a sitting job and feels swelling in my cervical area. This eases with hot bag but again require everyday treatment.

Just had a general question. Is there any good Vaccine for pneumonia and Typhoid for Old age people. People with age more than 60-70 can we vaccinate them against typhoid and Pneumonia.

I have stray cat ( not immunized ) who usually stays at my home . While playing i got a scatch on the inner sider of my lower lip . I have take the Day 0 Dose 1 of anti rabies vaccine RABIVAX-S ( incident happened late night. 2st dose taken within 12 hrs of incident) . In case same is not available next time can i switch to RABIPUR ? Also since the scratch is practically in my mouth , any other precaution to take ?

Hi doctors... Last month 2nd i was infected with dengue with fever over 103 degree and my platelet level after 4th day had reduced to 20000. They had to do 2 unit of platelet transfusion. I was in hospital for 5 days and on the day of diacharge my platelet level were 95 k. Further follow ups in coming days showed platelet level reaching 3.5 lakhs. But my liver enzymer were really high. 206 sgpt and 112 sgot. Finally after talking liver medicine for 1 week my liver emzymes were back to normal. Now exactly after 1 month i have fever again .it started with 99 degree in evening and now its 102. For last 2 days i had pain in one side of throat but it was bearable. I am worried if i am infected with dengue again. Please help rather than asking to consult. It would be of great relief

I am having allergy and rashes over my body...did a blood cbc...monocyte value is 1.9... What does it mean..

I am losing weight. 64.4 recent, i used to be 68.5 3 months back. I am 5'7. Did all the test, kft, lft, cbc, thyroid, a1c, fasting and ppbs. Usg abdomen and pelvis normal. With 2.4mm gb polyp and left side ectopic kidney. Urine routine and culture is normal. Idk, i am urinating a lot. Like 10-15 times a day and urinate a lot. I am scared now if this is something serious. I have tailbone pain, but did visit an orthopaedic doctor, he did usg and xray, both came normal and he said coccydynia due to some angulation(attached xray). What should I do next? I dont have any stomach issues also. Please guide me.

Sir I had throat infection which I suffered from 3 weeks.i have taken antibiotics.now throat pain is not there but ear pain is still not curing.previosuly i used to have pain below ear area now I have pain inside ear .wat could be the causes .can you please say
