I have bought melatonin himalaya 10mg I want to know Can I break melatonin tablet and take half tablet??

I m 28 years old n breast feeding mother of 1 year old baby and 1 month back I had pin worms problem and I consulted a doctor and took 2 course tablet and now again I feel same itching and feel worms problems what to be done kindly tell me how to solve this problem and I'll it affect my baby?

I am currently on medication such as Saaz Ds twice a day, folitrax 15 once a week and folvite twice a week, And one calcium and vitamin tablets. But currently there is severe swelling and pain what to do for quick relief? I am under treatment from CMC Vellore so cannot go there suddenly. Any injection for something for quick relief. Hi, Going through chemotherapy as completed 2nd cycle and its been 6 days after 2nd cycle and the fist 4 days were normal but last two days getting more tired and today that is 6th days felt little chills and having fever. Oncologist given an booster injection to put on 7th and 8th day which is tomorrow. So as of now shall i take dolo for reducing fever and shall i go for booster injection tomorrow.

I have vit d deficiency. I am taking vit d suppliments right now. Twice in a week.prescribed.. having back and rib pain. How long does it take to recover from pain? It's feel more pain when I have to do some work ( running, household work,) is it normal??

Hello doc, I had done all doses of rabies vaccine in govt hospital in june 2022. Toady One street dog entered into my house and roamed everywhere and I don't know where it licked, it touched door inside lock and I cleaned everything with disinfectant dettol and I had small cut with the object I aware of it after everything is done. Am confused whether the dog saliva caught or not with object which cut down of my skin. Do I need again vaccine or immunoglobulin am totally confused and afraid. Am I risk of getting rabies?? Please help what to do??

Hello doctor , I am a  24 year old man ,I have a problem of palpitations , when I climb stairs my heart rate goes up , i have done my full body check-up , and I found that the pressure level was elevated a bit , it was 144/86 mmhg , and the tsh level was 6.15 , and all other reports were normal , have done ecg echo , pft , all normal , so my doctor recommended me revelol xl 25 , and thyroxin 50 , I am continuing those medicines for all most 6 months , now my thyroid level is in normal range , but the pressure was 130/70 , now I am thinking should I continue consuming revelol xl 25 or not , I am a bit worried cause I am just 24 , and I am going through these medications , So plz recommend me what should I do.

Hi doctor, I am 36 years old. Having hypertension, high cholesterol and prediabetic. My doctor suggested me to to brisk walk for 40 minutes a day and lose weight. I am little lazy to do brisk walk so instead I am doing a walk of about 8kms per day at the rate of 3.3 kms/hour. This walking takes about 2.5 hours a day and easily doable. Is this the right way or I need to stick with brisk walk only?

Sir ,yesterday afternoon after I woke up from chair.i got a groin area pain only on left side.i don't have back pain ,no burning sensation while urination.I feel it is due to my belt compressing .is any other issue here sir please say.
