Hello doctors im 34 yr male I smoked for almost 7years and stopped smoking 6months now suddenly i developed extreme pain in chest with burning sensation, recurrent burping, difficulty in swallowing food and some times constipation, are these the withdrawl effect of smoking or is there anything serious going on inside my gut? My nearby doctor told me its just acidity, i need to take acidity medicine and antacids, so is that all enough or do i need any endoscopy or bronchoscopy? Kindly help thank you

I am getting random increase of heartbeat which happens for 3-4 seconds along with unusual feeling in chest. I even wake up at night due to this. It has happened 2 times since last 24 hrs. I have underwent ecg and tmt last week both are said to be normal. After this episode i feel a bit lightheaded also. Please guide.

I got bo issue cuz is stress and doc prescribed me nexito plus I took it for only three days and that also random days but from last three days I m only taking petrol md 0.25 and also yesterday in noon took etixolam 0.25 and in night 2 am petril md 0.25 but now I m feeling anxious irritating and very nervous sleepy restlessness panic like situation is it cuz of luck of sleep or is it side effect of petrol md 0.25 how long this effect will last its already 14 hours till last dose and I don't want to take these meds nymore I took only three dose or nexito plus and three dose of petrol md alone in last 10 days
