I am on rabies vaccine 3 dose has been taken last is left. I am having anxiety issues and I am not at all sleeping from last two days. Can I take sleeping pills?

Yesterday morning I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I arrived home around 10am. Since then my stomach has been crappy lots of pain and nausea to the point I almost throw up. I awoke around 9 am today with a sharp pain in my sternum about 1/4 of the way down on the left and a pain in my left shoulder blade at the same spot.

Sir , my brother rcently diagnosed with pilonidal synus he is suffering from this for 8 months .doctor advised us not to take it serious it is just common diseases but my all family members are very  concerned about that... He advised us to get surgery after few months later but my brother told us he is nervous for the name of surgery. Is it any other option to cure it without surgery..

I have persistent dry cough for past 5 days. Initially there were a pain at my throat and which is gone away after taking medicine. But cough still continues and becomes worse day by day especially it increases at night time and I can't able to sleep.very rarely I got mucus through saliva. Due to cough my abdominal muscles are paining like something.
