I have developed an infected sebaceous cyst on my thigh. I consulted my family physician and he put me on a course on antibiotics. When it worsened, he drained the puss and put me on another course of antibiotics. It seemed to dry out but it has reoccurred again making the cyst sore, tender and red along with pain. What should i do? Whom should i consult, general physician, dermatologist or surgeon?

Having fever on and off since 7 days, undergone tests today, complete heamogram is normal but in widal test, salmonella typhi (H) is 1.80, others are non-reactive, is it typhoid??

My 85 years old Grandpa is having large amount of cough due to which he is not able to speak anything and while he is breathing we can hear the clear voice of the coughing in lungs and chocking of the vocal cords. Doctor hospitalized him in ICU for one night and in the morning doctor told to take him back at home as there is no chance seeing of his healing or curing. we took him back at home and on next day he is looking little better..Please help if there is anything we can do?
