Hi Doc,
My Mom BP has been increased to 210/110, She never had any high BP issues earlier. Her weight is 92 kgs, She has chronic Asthama. There is a family history of BP as well.

Stapled thumb
I accidentally stapled my thumb yesterday I got the staple out and it bled a lot. Today i woke up and it really hurt, the skin around the wound has turned purple, it has swollen with pain when pressure is applied and I keep getting tingling feeling and the top of my thumb. I don't know what to do?

Thyroid, TSH fluctuations
In July 2017, my TSH level was 10.9, I was using 100 MCG Thyronorm, Doctor told to go for 125Mcg used for 2 months again in Oct.2017, TSH was 5.2, so I was advised for same 125 MCG , now on 10 the Jan 2018, TSH is 11.92, so what dose should I take, is it 150 MCG. Please advise.
