I have pinch in my chest for past many days and the pain last for seconds and goes off

For two days i had high fever the fever was gone on but still from last three days my body is feeling very weak and sometime i feel cold sometimes not i am also having dry cough. I am taking tylenol .can you please tell me what should i do to get well soon as possible

I am suffering from low back pain for past 2-3 days. Applied volini spray and also took nucoxia 60 tab but there is not much relief. Only temporary relief. Please suggest.

I'm a recent drug user. I have been addicted to shooting coke for 2years. Lately my chest like burns and I burp more frequently. I have stop using since I have had this.

Male age 22 years old, I have like a mass under my breast skin and in my neck like and in other places in my body this all begun from 10 years and then I started to feel from times to times like numbness and greening in some places in my body (legs, face, hands, head..) and some inflammation and swelling and muscle weakness and twitching and hearing and vision disorders. I did this week breast ultrasound and appeared a mass . Should I visit oncologist or general surgeon for this situation ?
