I am chain smoker. But not drunker. I have no physical problems. 1st time I'm found bilirubin 1.3mg/dl and Sgpt 128 u/l. After a weak Taking proper rest it was 1.2 sgpt is 76. Next weak it was 1.2 sgpt is 63. But when I'm start my job then it is elevated to 1.1 sgpt 80u/l. Is it serious. after two weeks bilirubin.1.2 and sgpt 57 u/l. Hepatitis B,C,E is negative. Please help me what is the problem.Please give me a solution????

Ever since "I don't even remember when" (Over 3 years ago) I've been experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness after sitting/laying down then standing. The symptoms last from 2-10 seconds. The worst occasion is when I was standing at church, I started getting lightheaded out of nowhere. It lasted about 20-30 seconds. What could this be a sign of?
