My wieght has reducing dramatically and I face sever hair loss and I am too weak

Hi I've had this for over a year now, every time I have a drink I feel it, but it's like I haven't had a drink for ages. I'm not dehydrated, it's as if my chest completely drys up and then I drink something and I feel every bit of it flowing through my chest ? It has been getting worse and when I go to the doctor he/she looks at me like I have to heads. I'm fit and healthy, so I don't understand what it could possibly be. I would be very greatful if you could help me with this issue.

Respected doctor, I have tobacco dipping addiction from 5 years. I was not aware of its dangers, though I do not have any major problem right now using it, I have decided to quit this habit totally. But I am not able to quit this, I feel strong triggers and can not perform. I was chain smoker n I left smoking 1 year back but I don't know why it is hard to quit this dipping for me. Please advice me to get rid of this so I can enjoy life without stress,depression.
