My both eyes are -3 Am 22 years old what to do for a heatly eye sight i use spacs but why mu power increase

My daughter age is 5 months she is suffering with watery eye  and  white discharge for right side how it resolve

My kid has tear duct redness in both the eyes and he continupauly rubs and blinks his eyes. He is wearing blue rays protection glasses while watching and his screen is very limited. His dark circles have increased significantly

My right eye lower lid is swelling and also paining. Please prescribe eye drop. I have attached eye photo.
