Sir there is no other way other than Surgery to get rid of Spectacles. You can opt for Refractive Surgeries like LASIK. To maintain normal vision use your Spectacles regularly, follow a proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers, healthy nutritious diet, adequate sleep and adequate water intake.
