Dry Eye Problem
Hello, I have been suffering from dry eye problems for the last six months, I have been to N numbers of doctors Most of them prescribed me lubricating eye drops and ointment. Recently I'm showing one of the ophthalmologist he has prescribed me cequa twice a day and hyla pf eye drop 4 times a day both for 2 months. I have also done the vitamin b12 and D test, both are very low I have done the several tests I have attached the same. Can someone please help me and advise what I should do? I have been suffering from pain and dryness and it's been very difficult to look at the screen since I'm a working professional.

So your this report shows mild dry eyes. If you have any kind of nutritional deficiency then it has to be corrected. And you have to try to reduce your screen time and avoid dust and direct air. Rest medicines need to be reviewed on consultation.

Follow 20 20 20 rule while working on computer look at 20 feet distance after every 20 minutes for 20 seconds and blink more adjust your posture use bluecut spectacles while working on screen. take adequate rest.
