I have secondary ocular hypertension in my left eye floaters are occurring in my eyes and my Right eye also when it will clear sudden redness is appearing in my left eye and some sharpe pain In back side of eye above my teeth for past 5days

You need thorough examination. Floaters may be just benign age related changes not requiring intervention. Cause of Ocular hypertension needs to be dealt with. Risk factors for Glaucoma to be ruled out. Glaucoma tests to be repeated after few months. If Increased Pain due to high pressure, then antiglaucoma medication required.
