I have puffy eyes and it's bulgy from within like something is growing within.. doesn't affect my eyesight or no pain bt I need to get rid of the drippy nasty eye

Hi..you will have to consult an Eye doctor ..maybe occuloplastic surgeon to evaluate and advice ..
