My right side eye is paining for past two days. Whenever am rotating I use to feel the pain . No other irritations or other symptoms. Can I use any eye drops without doctor prescription?I did my lasik before 2 years. Whether due to lasik is this pain is raising

Doctor, is there any cure for coloboma choroid. I am 32 yrs male, with defect in left eye. Is there any latest surgery technique which can fix this birth defect. Kindly help me doctor.

I wear spectacles and have Myopia. Right(-.75) and Left(-1.75 cylindrical and spherical). For some reason there is too much of irritation and burning like feeling happening in my eyes. Should I get a checkup done or some tear drops would be okay. Please recommend tear drops.

I've Cylindrical power only in both eyes.My Left Eye having -0.25 Cylindrical Power and Right Eye having -0.5 Cylindrical Power.I'm wearing spectacles since last one week.Earlier I was seeing a very slight reflection of textual material and certain things while working on my phone or laptop.The reflection seems to be above the textual material.The closer I used to move to the text,the reflection used to disappear.Since the time I'm wearing spectacles,the reflection seems to be less.I see it very slightly when I see stuff,it's less compared to before and it doesn't bother much.I also have dry eyes probably bcz of the weather and prolonged screen time because of online classes and some Binge watching.I also have redness sometimes in a day in my eyes and my eyes burn too.I'm using PatanjaliDrishti and also some Teardrops that my doctor gave. 1.Will my eyesight become weaker? 2.How can I improve my eyesight? 3.Do I have to wear spectacles all the time?And if I don't, will eyesight weaken?

I see fixed spots in my vision. I visited 3 opthemologists and got retina checked 2 times, all in last 4 months. All my eye tests are normal. However, my lipid profile shows triglyceride level of more than 750. My general physician says spots could be due to triglycerides. Should I visit for any other eye and/or neurological checkup or should I first get triglyceride levels reduced? Could these scotoma like spots be due to high triglycerides?
