My son blinking eyes often and then sometimes rubs them.. is this due to irritation.. any drops preferred

Blinking could be due to allergy, dry eye due to too much screen time nowdays , and also may be numbers ...
Better to get him checked once

Few instructions:
(1) Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
(2) Healthy nutritious diet
(3) Adequate sleep for at least 7-8 hours
(4) Adequate water intake
(5) Do not let him rub his eyes
(6) Follow proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers/ Mobiles/ Reading
(7) Start with Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 3 times a day for both eyes.
