I have been experiencing eye strain in my right eye since 2020. I have tried various treatments, including combined spherical and cylindrical corrections, prism adjustments, and vision therapy, but none provided relief. Recently, I started wearing only cylindrical correction glasses as prescribed by an optometrist on January 4, 2025. While this has significantly reduced the strain, I still feel mild discomfort. I prefer less screen-intensive work and follow a routine that includes breaks, proper lighting, and exercises. Please suggest further steps to fully alleviate this issue.my prescription is -2 in left and -2.5in right both cyl.

My age is 21...and my eye number is still increasing even after the age of 18 due to so much work on laptop...can i use Atropine eye drops now...so that my eye number wouldn't increase anymore...my current eye number right eye(-5.50),left eye(-5.0) also cyl number (-0.50),(-1).

I'm having eye itching and at times stinging sensation in my left eyes. I went to test my eyes. Doctor said there is mild swelling in optic nerve.
