I've one eye problem and doctor said it is by birth my one eye is small and can't see small things is there any special treatment??

For the above condition (diagnosed a few days ago) and with no symptoms, is laser treatment necessary and how quickly? Thanks

The skin below the left eye starts puffing up. Doesn't hurt at all, just a tiny pinch while squeezing the eyes or blinking. Started happening post applying Kajal. It had reduced to normal however yesterday started puffing again after coming back from office in dust. Why is it puffing? Is it some infection? Also, there's no redness or loss of vision etc, just puffiness that too for the left eye.

I have no vision in one eye due to Raina detachment surgery since 8 years. In the same one eye, I have glaucoma after retina surgery but it is without eye pain. Can I discontinue Brivex eye drop as there is no pain? Can Glaucoma in one eye cause glaucoma in other eye too? Thanks.
