I sleep well and eat also but still there is dark circles..and please suggest how to improve immunity in this situation

There is something strange happening with my eyes I have flaoters for last 6 months along with occasional flashes . Had multiple OCTs, VFTs and fundus exam (last 1 was in January), nothing was found. But for the last few days I am feeling I can see a shadow in the periphery of the left eye. But it is only visible when I use my phone in sunlight otherwise it is not there. I also suffer from dry eyes, halos and glares

I'm 21 years of age, and would want to retain my present eye power for a long time. My everyday screentime is more than 10 hours (phone and laptop), which causes eye fatigue. I want to avoid this as it causes a lot of trouble. I also want to improve my eye health altogether. I have been doing a few necessary eye exercises too. But would also like to use eye drops for further soothing. Is it okay to use eye drops regularly? If so, can I use Himalaya opthacare eye drops without any concerns?
