Doctor, Is It Possible To Obtain 6/6 Vision With  Bilatreal Ghosting Image Due To Keratoconus With Normal Eyeglasses (Which Have Been Used To Correct Refractive Errors, Like: Myopia, Hypermetropia, Regular Astigmatism, Presbyopia Etc.)?

I was diagnosed with conjunctivitis on March 2020 . after taking all medications pink eye is cured .But after some time when I stopped medications .bcoz of corneal spots. I cannot see nearby texts clearly.i feel sensitivity towards lights .then doctor again prescribed me carboxymethyl eye drops .I use it regularly. But even after one year I'm facing problem of blurry vision.what should I do please suggest!
