I look image wider than original shape i think i have macropsia so what should i do any treatment or any ? When i checked my eyes i got minus 0.50 both eyes but dont affect on clear vision

I have a power of R-1.5, -1.5 cyl, 20 axis and L-3.0, -2 cyl, 160 axis. But I notice while from right eye when I see mild white light flashes from screen but is good while reading from paper and also little blur near and far both from the same eye. Tested my eye but having same problem no change in power. What can be the cause? Can it be Keratoconus? Or something else. My retina is fine. I got tested for that too. I am just of 22 years.

I recovered from covid 20 days back, got blood sugar levels also high due to steroids intake. From last few days my eyes looks more red from sides and red viens are also visible. No pain or irritation but less red in morning and as day progress redness increases.

I got covid with mild symptoms last month already its been one and half month I am a job person due to that or other reasons I don't know my eyes become redness
