I have tb problem in my eyes what can I do.i see black spot in everywhere and blood ploting in my eyes

Dear Sir/Madam After covid (2 months) i am facing texting blur on projector or TV Screen and posters. Is there any medication or precaution required. Note: As of now i am not using any specticals

I can notice little bump ( bit elevated from normal)in inner white area ( between tear duct, black ball) .its more visible in early morning.I spend 15 minutes daily in sunlight for past one month..will tis bcoz of uv light? I m worried, is this treatable? how serious is this condition..

I got allergy in my eyes and i am using medicine as prescribed by doctor can i wash my eyes with water when there is irritation in eyes

If I Don't Put The Lubricating Eye Gel For 3-5 Hours in A Row, I Can Clearly See 3 Image. But, If I Use The Gel Accordingly, The Newly Appeared Ghosting Image Merge With Main Ghosting Image And I Can See Them As One. But, If I Blink At That Time, I Can See For 2-4 That The Two Ghosting Image is Merging And Being Only One. Now, Please Answer The Following Queries. 1) What Causing The Problem? 2) What Should I Do Now? Please Answer, Doctor.
