When he uses phone or laptop then everytime his vision gets little dark n then blurr when he looks around other than phone and laptop. Is there a chances of CVS or else?

She is having eyesight problem in which she can't open her eyes it's been two months her medication for eyes has been going on, the doctors here said that it is a dry eye problem, but after so many days the condition is the same.
