When he uses phone or laptop then everytime his vision gets little dark n then blurr when he looks around other than phone and laptop. Is there a chances of CVS or else?

Hi,
It could be computer vision syndrome. He can practice 20-20-20 rule, there by relaxing eye muscles every 20 minutes and preventing eye strain.
He can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for 1 month.
If symptoms persist, please consult local ophthalmologist for glass number check.
