Hello doctor I have question can retina be checked thoroughly without dialation just with slit lamp and some round magnifying lens. I have been diagnosed with PVD in both eyes  year ago.I went for eye checkup a week back doctor checked my eyes with slit lamp and magnifying lens without dialation and said everything is fine.after the vist I started seeing some occasional flashes or light dot appearing and disappearing in front of left eye(once or twice in a day) . Are these flashes  due to dry eyes do I need to get my eyes checked again. How is PVD completion diagnosed. Do I need to get any imaging for PVD. How long does it take PVD to complete.

My one eye is normal and other one is quite small... since a year the difference is too much noticeable.... one of the eyelid is drooping

In year1990 RK was done of my both eyes then my no was -3.00 and 16 cuts were made in cornia. After 2 years of surgery, no. of my both eyes continuously increased and now this is +11(right eye) and +9(left eye). Now my no. Is stable from last 3 years but cataract is developed in peripheral area from last year. 1.  In future if Lenex surgery will be okay or normal accordingtomyeyes(cornia shape)condition? 2. Up to what extent calculations will be okay for IOL

I have done ICL surgery 5 yrs ago. Now since a month I feel extreme dryness only at night (before sleeping). I have 9-10 hrs of laptop use. I started using Refresh tear drops but not helping, at night. What should I do?

I got my eyes tested . My right eye vision is 6/18 and left eye vision is 6/12 . I am very disappointed because I want to join armed forces . Can I get that much vision i.e.,6/9 so that I can join them ? Please help it .

Sir i am diabatic patient i can see with two eyes but when i close right eye with one hand from left eye i see blured. What is treatment sir plz suggest any medicine sir please help me

I have been facing eye problems like blurred vision, eye fatigue, irritation and pain for since many months. Though this is the first time, I getting medical consultation since I have been suffering from eye issues. I can't even recognize my known people without wearing spectacles. I'm working in IT company so it's my job to sit usually 13 hrs in front of Laptop.

Can I wear contact lenses without the cylindrical power?? If yes what changes will I experience? I am already using contact lenses with spherical and cylindrical both.

Recurring small bump on eye lid. Painless, no discharge. What can I put to make it go away ? It aggravates if I put makeup. Have tried hot compressions. Any cream which could help

Regarding increasing the eye power.cant see the board at little distance.i don't know how to cure this. I'm using spectacles five years.
