Hi, I am wearing spectacles for more than decade now. I am planning to start wearing lens. Are lens safe to use? Do they cause eyes redness Or headache or infection? Which brand lens are best?

I'm a student, I do online study daily.. My screen time is another 12-14 hours a day.. after studying when I lie down on my back and started watching or reading something on my phone.. My vision start to get blurry then I have to squeeze my eyes or blink couple of times to regain focus... It's not like it pains there but it happens to me quite often , especially while I'm reading something on my phone... So, is that normal or should I go for check up... Also recently I started using anti glare glasses

My doctor prescribed Betnesol-n eye drop. I visited many medical stores and found that this medicine is not in stock anywhere. Can anyone suggest an alternative medicine with same combination of this medicine. Thank you!
