Hey I'm 21 year old my left eye is -5 and right eye is -9.5 can i undergo lasik surgery? Or is there any other method to get back my normal eyes?

Sir/mam I have been diagnosed for lattice degeneration and doctor advised barrage laser treatment. According to indian army medical criteria the laser surgery are not considered. If i do barrage laser surgery , will the medical expert at military eye expert will be able to find out that i have been gone through this surgery. Please help me out sir/mam

Eye pain and increase lance power evry eye test this month increase lance power -1.75 First -0.5 then sometime -1.5 and this time -2.25 and maybe increase for -2.50.
