Grey spots on eye (sclera) in right eye
Faint, diffused patches and grey spots noticed on the sclera around the iris on the right eye. They are all faint but still vary in intensity of color (grey). Vision is -5 (right eye) and -4.7 (right eye). Vision is seemingly unaffected by the spots/patches. Prescription glasses in use. Absence of any noticeable pain.

As per your history they seem to be pigmented spots which are not to be worried for. Photograph would have helped in better understanding though.
